  17.      This program was created by me, Chris Wood, and does contain documentation.
  18.    The purpose of this program is to allow Turbo Pascal programs to have access
  19.     to a timer with a resolution as great as approx. 900 nanoseconds (the default
  20.    IBM system timer has a resolution of only 55 miliseconds). This program
  21.    is Free-Ware (basicly PD), and should be placed in the directory "TurboPas".
