- I have uploaded to WSMR-SIMTEL20.Army.Mil:

- pd1:<msdos.sound>
- CDBOX210.ZIP CMF/MOD/MUS/ROL/VOC VGA shell for AdLib/SB
-
- CD-Box is a freeware VGA & mouse playback shell to play music files
- on an AdLib or SoundBlaster card. It provides a common high-level
- interface to multiple sound file formats (.CMF .MOD .MUS .ROL .VOC),
- with extras: internal .CMF & .MOD support (with Stop/Skip/Pause, no
- player needed), multiple song selection, random selection, automatic
- handling of bank files, song titles and song lengths, songs can be
- played from .ZIP files, and most of all, nice graphics and animations
- (pages scroll, a CD pops up and down), as well as random animated
- sequences to break the monotony (which I'll let you discover).
-
- Main improvements over CD-Box v2.01 (previous SIMTEL release): .MOD
- internal support, support for *ANY* player than can run in quiet
- mode, a file browsing mode, some bug fixes (including certain mouse
- bugs), a lot of minor changes, and four new animations!
-
- Req: VGA (320*200*256), Microsoft comp. mouse, Adlib or SoundBlaster.
