  16. SIGNALS was developed over a period of four years at Rochester Institute of
  17. Technology.  This program is used for the classroom instruction of courses
  18. in linear systems and digital signal processing.
  19.  
  20. SIGNALS is built around four menus: FUNCTION, OPERATIONS, ARITHMETIC and
  21. PLOTTING.  Up to two complex arrays are loaded with the FUNCTION menu and
  22. processed with the OPERATIONS and ARITHMETIC menus.  The results can be
  23. viewed with the PLOT menu.  Data may be loaded and saved in ascii format.
