  18. I say always go with the "official" word...  The good folks at GNU who
  19. bring us lots of great *free* software, all yield to their founder and
  20. say "GuhNew"...  Remember that "GNU" is an acronym (GNU's Not Unix), so
  21. it's very proper to enounce the "G"...
  22.  
  23. BTW -- the "official" document you refer to is the original charter which
  24. is in a form of a "README" file distributed with most GNU libs...
