  20. For what it's worth, NOBODY has ever attempted to dictate pronounciation of
  21. an acronym in a standards document.  The only reason CIS did it is because
  22. they are going out of their way to have people pronounce it in a way that
  23. is not normal.  I don't recognize their right to do that.
