  31. my users understand that flames in public areas are not tolerated and will be
  32. summarily deleted by me, the SysOp.  If a user has a complaint about another 
  33. user flaming him/her in private E-mail, the user receiving the flames should
  34. leave me e-mail and I will begin doing //MAILR commands (I run WWIV 4.21, 
  35. //MAILR reads all mail on the system.  I only do this if I have received a 
  36. complaint from a user about another user.

  42. keep an open mind, they also know that I do not tolerate personal attacks on
  43. another user in public areas.
