  17. Very good.  That's because you can pronounce demodulator "dee-mod-you-late-or" or you
  18. can say "deh-mod-you-late-or."  Other examples?  When you say demonstration, do you say 
  19. "deem-on-stray-shun"?  How about calling a delegation a "Dee-leh-gay-shun"?  The
  20. pronounciation of de- can vary between dee and deh.  System, on the other hand, I have
  21. never heard pronounced "Sigh-stem."
