  11. Interesting remark about CDs and backward compatibility.  I remember
  12. several people making comments that CDs were a dumb idea because
  13. they couldn't play them on their turntables.  There was even a letter
  14. to Stereo Review from this guy who was looking for an adapter so
  15. he could play CDs on his turntable.  He was also wondering if he
  16. needed a special needle of some kind, because he wasn't getting any
  17. sound...
