  15. "running sum adder commonly found parallel processing units".

  17. The paper doesn't go into any more detail and doesn't list 
  18. any references w.r.t. this type of parallel adder.

  20. Could someone point me to a reference that will explain
  21. the operation of a "running sum adder" ?
