  20. There is a lot of literature in many different fields.  I recommend
  21. Duda & Hart, [don't have it with me, but title is something like:]
  22. Pattern Recognition and Scene Analysis.  It's from about 1973, but
  23. quite current (!) and very well written.  A good place to start.
