  55. The CENTRE FOR NEURAL NETWORKS

  57.   at King's College London is one of the main centres of neural
  58.   network research in the UK.  The Centre includes workers from
  59.   several disciplines, with activities ranging from theory to chips
  60.   and applications.  It is host to a number of conferences, workshops,
  61.   tutorials and discussions, and has a strong collaboration with
  62.   industry in this active area of research.

  64.   The Centre runs a consulting service for the benefit of companies
  65.   working on the application of neural networks and has close links
  66.   with international neural networks organizations such as the British
  67.   Neural Networks Society, the European Neural Network Society, and
  68.   the Joint European Neural Networks Initiative.
