- Have you considered using CLIPS? It's a public-domain (I think)
- expert system shell developed by NASA, and available through their
- COSMIC service, including full source code. It runs on PCs, Macs,
- Suns, and many other computers. I'm not sure if there is a Windows-
- specific variant, however.
