  13. I will be moving out of my current apartment on Walnut street in the next
  14. few weeks. I need to find someone to rent it after I move.

  16. It is an excellent downtown location at Walnut and 20th. A few blocks
  17. from Pearl street mall and an easy walk/bike to campus.

  19. It has a full kitchen (not one of those kitchen in the livingroom deals).
  20. There is a small creek right outside the window and a park just beyond
  21. the creek.

  23. The rent is $450/month and can be made available just about anytime.
