  14. Emboldened by H760 questions re: GOOKCITY I, too must express some confusion
  15. over the use of the term Gook. My only knowledge of the definition of that
  16. term is that it is/was a derogatory term used by USAers to describe the
  17. Vietnamese during that blighted time in our not so distant past. So the
  18. question adds a new dimension, i.e. how do Vietnamese fit into the story? Or
  19. is Gook being generalized to mean any person or group of persons to be
  20. derogated?
