  26. One of our statisticians is using PROC MIXED under VMS. When he runs it,
  27. some times he gets an error message of the form:
  28.     ERROR: Unable to allocate sufficient memory. At least XXXXXK bytes
  29. were requested but only YYYYK were available. You must either increase the
  30. amount of memory available, or approach the problem differently.

  32. My question is this: when SAS says 'memory' under VMS, is it talking about
  33. available work space (disk quota) or actual physical memory? Does anyone
  34. know?
