Apparently not.  I normally read this group as bit.listserv.pmdf-l because
it seems to get the same messages more quickly than vmsnet.mail.pmdf.
However, both newsgroups are roughly equivalent on my system as far as
items received.  Your question appears in both groups!

Therefore, it would seem that the problem lies in your feed for v.m.p (or
vmsnet in its entirety?)
