- How many sites can afford to upgrade hardware everytime a
- vendor increases the function/resource load of its software ?
- Good design improves performance in any language. Good design
- also improves maintainability. Putting in the effort for a well
- designed, efficient system is part of the reason that software
- work gets concentrated into a central companies.
