  12. The POSTMASTER at TCSVM is constantly returning my "sends" to NOTIS-L
  13. as well. I thought this was a local problem. Perhaps not. How do we
  14. "report" this phenomena. I know my mail does get distributed because I
  15. checked the Archives files and other responses indicate the mail is getting
  16. distributed. Also, is is possible to have messages echoed back to the sender
  17. as a way of confirming distribution ?  Thanks.
