  11. This response applies to the Serials SIG only.  I assume that the reason
  12. for any confusion lies in the fact that each SIG is free to determine how
  13. they will compile the list of enhancement suggestions to be forwarded to
  14. NSI.

  16. The Serials Enhancement Ballot was posted on NOTISACQ prior to ALA. Paper
  17. copies were mailed to all SIG members who had not listed an Email address
  18. on the membership list circulated at each SIG meetings. BALLOTS ARE DUE
  19. NEXT MONDAY (7/27). Any SIG member may vote but the final tally will be
  20. based on one vote per site. If more than one ballot is received from a site,
  21. each vote will count as a percentage of the total. Again, this may not be
  22. ideal but does allow all interested parties to participate in the process.

  24. Repeat: Serials ballots should be E-mailed or Faxed to me by 7/27. (I guess
  25. snail mail is o.k. if it goes out by tomorrow).
