  15. In New Jersey, where I grew up, the other side to "DIBS" was "CHIPS," as in
  16. "No chips on the window!!" which was to be yelled as the baseball approached
  17. the plate glass on the neighbor's second floor. So expressed, you were not
  18. liable. Given those I've informed about the wonders of the upcoming NB4, I
  19. think before it arrives, just for safety, we might all yell "NO CHIPS". Of
  20. course I hope, and expect???, the ball will bounce harmlessly off the shutters
  21. and that NBI will be put down as having hit a home run.
