  13.           NLM is looking for a librarian to serve in Bethesda,MD, as
  14.           the focus for AIDS information activities in the Division of
  15.           Library Operations.  The position is located in the MEDLARS
  16.           Management Section.  Chief duties are:
  17.           --expanding the AIDSLINE database
  18.           --identifying AIDS journals for possible indexing
  19.           --assistance with the AIDS BIBLIOGRAPHY
  20.           --teaching users about AIDSLINE and writing technical user
  21.             reference materials, documentation, user guides, etc.
  22.           --engaging in various special projects such as demonstrating
  23.             and exhibiting AIDSLINE and other NLM databases
  24.           --serving on the MEDLARS Service Desk by answering a variety
  25.             of technical and operational questions concerning aspects
  26.             of the MEDLARS system, NLM databases, and Grateful Med
  27.  
  28.           Applications for this permanent Federal government position
