  12.           In response to Stephen Wagner's request for information
  13.           concerning the publication Cancer Pain Release, the
  14.           National Library of Medicine does not own it.  I, also,
  15.           could not locate  holdings at any library in the United
  16.           States or Great Britian.  The sponsoring organization which
  17.           Mr. Wagner mentions is located at the University of
  18.           Wisconsin.

  21.           Symptom Evaluation in Cancer Care 's address is University

  25.           concerning this organization.
