  25. If you were looking for the address of someone on the west coast, or
  26. overseas, I could see trying to obtain it by email.  However, Towson
  27. is not that far from Annapolis, relatively speaking, and it's even
  28. possible that this department has a local office right near you in
  29. Baltimore County, as they do down here in the DC suburbs.

  31. I'd suggest contacting Greg Day by phone to find out whether he has
  32. _any_ kind of email address, not just Internet or BITNET, and then,
  33. if he does but you're not sure how to send to it, asking for guidance
  34. from the Info-Nets@Think.COM list.
