  17. I'm willing to accept money from almost anyone who wants to pay me
  18. for RiceMail, if that makes him or her feel happy.  :-)  (It certainly
  19. helps *me* feel happy!)

  23. 1. The package is available for free to BITNET (& EARN, etc.) members
  24. 2. The package is available for free to educational and govermental
  25.    institutions.
  26. 3. The package is available for $1,000/major release to anyone else.
  27. 4. The package is copyrighted software, with the full rights owned by
  28.    me.  Redistribution of the software is not allowed without express
  29.    permission.

  31. I support the package on a best-effort basis on my own time, regardless of
  32. whether or not there was a fee charged for the package.

  34. I'm available on a negotiated fee basis for consulting, training, etc.
