  15. If the volume no longer exists and the job is running during prime time
  16. the operators try to contact the programmer and then cancel the job.
  17. If it's during off hours they message the programmer and cancel the job.

  19. Our shop standards are for users to request space with the unit=userda
  20. rather than specific vol requests.  That means any volume request is
  21. considered a user error.
