- If the volume no longer exists and the job is running during prime time
- the operators try to contact the programmer and then cancel the job.
- If it's during off hours they message the programmer and cancel the job.

- Our shop standards are for users to request space with the unit=userda
- rather than specific vol requests. That means any volume request is
- considered a user error.
