  22. EARN (European Academic and Research Network) is conducting a survey of
  23. network usage, in order to have a clearer picture of the needs, wants,
  24. and opinions of the people who use EARN, as well as the users of other
  25. networks. The results of this survey will play an important part in
  26. decisions regarding EARN service, planning and development, and will be
  27. available to other networks as well.

  29. This survey questionnaire should take about 15 minutes to complete. It
  30. consists of questions on communications usage, electronic mail usage,
  31. awareness and usage of network services, and the quality of the services
  32. provided. Most questions can be answered by putting an "X", or a number
  33. or letter from a key, in the appropriate place (or places). If there are
  34. any questions which you are unwilling or unable to answer, just go on to
  35. the following question. Please send in just one completed questionnaire,
  36. even if you have more than one electronic mail address.
