- As it turns out, we will be putting on the PTF I mentioned in my last
- posting. The APAR description does explain that the restriction was
- added because some new JES2 commands (or command options) in ESA 4.2
- use hyphens in ranges. So, the APAR fix apparently adds some compensating
- syntax for specifying userid's with hyphens. In some cases, it involves
- surrounding the userid with parentheses in those commands where a 'naked'
- hyphen would have a different meaning.

- on our VM system or in JES2.
