- What has been found in the past in introducting new
- technologies (overheads and film projectors even) is that it is
- most efficient to work with those who are enthused, and the
- trickle-down effect will often work. At the same time, of
- course, getting the support of those in power is a definite
- plus. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to fall into line
- given the inertia that exists in most of us.
