  14. We at the University of Arkansas - Little Rock greatly appreciate DEC and
  15. the TEI group for their assistance to the education community.  Our
  16. students, faculty and staff benefit by exploring and using the many
  17. software packages which would not be available without the CSLG and ESL
  18. programs.  The programs have allowed us to stabilize our software costs
  19. at affordable levels while increasing our creativeness and productivity.
  20.  
  21. On behalf of our campus, I thank DEC, Ellen Minter and the TEI group for
  22. providing The Education Initiative and continuing to strive for
  23. increased benefits and improvements in the various programs.
