  11. A lot of sites have telephone directories online, in many cases
  12. accepting CSO searches. You can often find someone whose precise name
  13. you don't know by doing a keyword search in the department field, but
  14. this isn't the same as browsing a departmental phone list.

  16. Most university staff directories have a section sorted by name and a
  17. section organized by unit name. Does anyone have the departmental style
  18. listings on their CWIS?
