  11. We have formed a committee to review the organization of the menus
  12. on our Gopher service.  I've circulated copies of Judy Hallman's
  13. paper, and we're preparing to roll up our sleeves for this task.

  15. One proposal is to have the organization of our menus mirror the
  16. organization of our university.  I'm curious if any CWISes out
  17. there (Gopher or otherwise) follow this kind of scheme.  A variant
  18. on this theme has been the proposal to have both a "functional"
  19. view as well as an "organizational" one.
  20.  
  21. Does anyone know of any CWISes that reflect the organization of the
  22. campuses they serve?

  24. While I'm at it, what are your favorite CWISes out there?  Personally
  25. I've always been impressed with MIT's Techinfo.  Any others high on
  26. your personal list of favorites?

  28. Finally, anyone with spare time and ideas is invited to look at our
  29. Gopher service (gopher.msu.edu) and tell us how we ought to arrange
