  12. We, at Rutgers University, do not have a formal agreement yet with the
  13. providers of info for our cwis.  We found that some depts. are very
  14. interested to have their material up-to-date and posted immediately in
  15. cwis, while other need to be asked continuously.  We do provide
  16. statistics monthly to some departments, to others, by request only.
  17. This was established at the time when we started to get data from a
  18. provider.  With some providers we sit down and help them organize the
  19. material.  We do this, because we accept only electronic format (some
  20. may e-mail the material, some send us disks, some may have their own
  21. branch in cwis menu and they are responsible to maintain the data).
  22. Occasionally we sent memos to remind providers to check the material
  23. sent and to update it if in need.  Now, in the summer we sent a mailing
  24. to all departments who sent us data during the academic year, to
  25. remind them to send us what they are preparing for the coming year.
