  20. If your Circ Policies Cttee won't see it, let THEM be the Phone Renewals
  21. Grievance Review Cttee and I bet they'll change their tune pretty
  22. quickly.

  24.    I AM serious.  I'm an "administrator" but I've learned that the best
  25. way for an administrator or committee to learn what its like "for real, out
  26. there on the front lines" is to BE THERE or to suffer the personal flak
  27. for their stupid decisions.   So, let them....
