- I have gotten an amazing array of responses from workstudy interviewees
- when I ask how their work is different when there is no supervisor
- on duty. Answers to this question tell a great deal about a student's
- concept of responsilbility, independence and general work ethic.
-
- I also allow potential employees to steer themselves away from library
- work before the interview if the work does not suit their ideas of
- a campus job by handing out a detailled job description along with
- the application. Some people see the requirements of the mobjob and
- feel completely comfortable. Some would rather look elsewhere for work.
