  18. I'm abandoning Netcom after having been a subscriber for almost a
  19. year, due to execrable customer service.  My account was locked
  20. recently, without warning, for reasons that remain unclear.  When I
  21. attempted to resolve the problem I found the staff to be unsympathetic
  22. and unbending.  When the manager returned my call it was only to 
  23. condemn me for harassing his staff.

  25. Consequently, I cannot recommend Netcom to anyone who may need to 
  26. contradict the management.
