  17. As appologies go for re-flagging anyone's posting into a vehicle for one's
  18. own pet hobby-horse(s), this is slightly flawed.

  20. To begin with, I'm not the original poster, the one who provided you with
  21. the opportuinity to make your invaluable and useful "valid response". Hence
  22. your pronouns are ambiguous and the original poster may not ever know your
  23. sorrow, or just what he or she wrote that singed your hair enough to use
  24. the word "sorry". I do however, use several libraries.

  26. Secondly, there is the minor matter of how relevent such an appology is,
  27. when encombered with so many qualifications such as "valid response" and
  28. "political debate" and the rest of the "you (did this, so) ..." dreck.

  30. Finally, there is the utterly trivial matter of whether ba.general is
  31. the proper venue for alt.utterly.off.the.bean terminal politicos to
  32. write their riviting prose, or even blind-side threads which by some
  33. fabulous construction, inevitably lead to the final exposure of sublime
  34. truth.

  36. Since you've been around awhile, you can do better. Follow-ups to alt.flame,
  37. and please try not to cross-post out of *.politics into ba.general, as well
  38. as ca.general.
