- Funny how some sweeping generalizations are true. In the US, one would
- ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a colon.

- OK, except for the millitary - they'd use 0645. But OTHER THAN THAT...

- In the US it's:
- 6:45 meaning six-forty-five (as in time)
- 6.45 meaning six and forty-five hundredths (six-point-four-five)
- 6,450 meaning six-thousand, four-hundred, and fifty
