  13. I think that this is just the way amateur projects with random people happen.
  14. One or two individuals wind up doing all the work.  I don't think you should
  15. feel bad about your skills as an organizer.  Though there do exist people who
  16. can organize such things and have them work, the task is at least a couple of
  17. orders of magnitude more difficult than managing a team of employees.
