- For some people, the voices are _not_ good things. They can be very
- effective at tearing down your self-esteem. It all depends on if the
- voices are supportive or critical.

- You can't make the voices go away, but you _can_ change what they
- say. Unfortunately, to fully explain this requires a discussion of
- self-hypnosis and allied techniques,... and it's late. Besides, I
- don't remember the details of how I changed my own voices. :-0
