- can't receive it). I realize that nothing I can say will take your pain
- away, so let me just say this:

- if you are motivated to "recover" as you clearly are, then it will likley
- happen step by step. You've already described progress you've made. You
- aren't done. Stop expecting yourself to be at a certain stage. It is
- a natural process of your mind, just like the way your body heals a cut or
- a broken bone. The process IS what it IS. It proceeds at its own pace.
- Don't force it. Don't decide "I should be doing this." If you aren't,
- you probably shouldn't be.
