- A number of researchers at major universities have discovered that happiness
- and satisfaction in life come from being totally consumed in the task
- at hand. Of course, this activity must be sufficently challenging to ones
- level of skill yet not overwhelming. That is the secret to self esteem and
- happiness - for if one loses oneself, ones self is not an issue.
