- Warner Brothers and Ice-T have pulled "Cop Killer" off
- the Body Count album, according to news reports. The
- song will be packaged separately as a single, though.
-
- USA Today says Ice-T denies that pressure from police
- are behind the song's removal. He also said both he
- and Time-Warner have recieved death and bomb threats
- from police groups. "It's my fight," Ice-T said, "If
- you want to kill me, come get me."
-
- I personally cannot believe that Ice-T and Time-Warner
- collapsed under pressure from these people. I had hoped
- the record company would have more guts than that.
-
- Quick -- go out and by your copy of the original Body
- Count LP before the stores ship them all back to Time-Warner.
