- I don't think to be very wrong in thinking that this has been the feeling
- and policy of the people who have held power here for the last thirteen
- years.

- Without saying that this is wrong by principle and will never end up working,
- the way in which these principles are being applied here makes me venture to
- state that the patient will have died ages ago when they finally end up
- working properly.
