- The reason the suicide rates are higher there is because life insurance
- will pay out on suicide, which they do not do here. In the US, the MDs
- take pity on the grieving family and will cover up for the suicide by
- writing in things like "accidental self-immolation" instead of "deliberate
- self-immolation" as cause of death.

- insured is going to keep repeating it.
