  25. One of the redeeming features of New Jersey is that self-serve gas stations
  26. are illegal.  All gas stations are full-serve, they wash your windows and
  27. check your oil, and the prices are comparable to Pennsylvania or Delaware
  28. self-serve prices and about 20 cents cheaper than New York or Connecticut
  29. self-serve prices.

  31. I even got a free lunch from a friend's mother for filling up her car
  32. at a self-service station in PA because she was from NJ and had never
  33. touched a gas pump in her life and was afraid to do so.

  35. Of course, NJ has the highest auto insurance rates in the country by quite
  36. a large margin, so maybe it isn't so great after all.
