  27.     ANYWAY!!!!

  29.     I note that SOMEONE (not me...) took a spray can to
  30.     the building that Parking lives in....the slogan
  31.     "F*CK THE PARKING DEPT.", while not very original,
  32.     is quite pithy and au courant.

  34.     Wanna know how the Parking Dept. picked 5$ as a fee for
  35.     parking stickers? D'yah spose they actually sat down
  36.     and looked at their budget, figured out what they 
  37.     needed, asked the B'dness Office for suggestions?

  39.     Naaaaaaaaaaaaah.......THAT would make SENSE.

  42.     out of SOMEwhere....
