- My last job was at Motorola, which instituted a drug testing policy
- after I joined them. Being in debt, I couldn't afford to get fired
- for refusing to take a test -- but I COULD find a better job and then
- send a letter to Motorola's CEO explaining exactly why I had left.

- When you think about it, a drug testing policy is a good way to drive
- away some of your best employees: if you institute such a policy, some
- people won't care. Some will. In this economy, of those who care,
- which ones will leave? Those who have no problem finding another job
- -- the better employees.

- an appropriate business activity. If you find my on-the-job
- performance to be acceptable, what possible business is it of yours
- what I do off-the-job?
