  12. It's not just a California thing.  I live in Pennsylvania and they're all over
  13. the place.  I guess people thing it makes their car look awesome.  Personally
  14. I think it makes the car look like junk.  Who would want to put some ugly
  15. sticker on a car and junk it up.  I've even seen people put them on the side
  16. windows of a four door Tempo which is more like a family car to me.
