  18. It's already started Jeremy! The reason you might not have noticed is that,
  19. in typical Government style, the way in which it is decided whether the
  20. economy is recovering or not has been changed, to remove all those nasty
  21. annoying bits of reality that made the Government look bad. "Recovery" is
  22. now defined as "Getting worse less slowly."
