  19. use when I'm thinking about what I'm saying - if I'm not, I tend to use the
  20. same as Geoff.

  28. You sure about that? Isn't it the case that if you spelt your name Cloudio
  29. instead of Claudio, people would get considerably closer to your name than
  30. they do now?
